Hi, I’m Dawn—the baker, mom of four, and heart behind Sweet & Savory Cottage Bakery.

Life here is full—kids, dogs, gardens, sports schedules, laundry piles, and a whole lot of baking in between. I live with my family on a small homestead on a little piece of heaven in rural, PA, where we do our best to live simply, eat well, and find joy in both the chaos and calm of everyday life.

Baking started for me in the middle of motherhood—trying to create something meaningful and comforting in a fast-paced world. What began with homemade bread and cookies for my family has grown into this cozy little bakery, where I get to share that same warmth with yours.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me cheering from the sidelines at a game, working in the garden, or exploring new places with my husband and kids. We love discovering local breweries and wineries, taking road trips, and finding hidden gems that turn into family favorites.
